Understand the brand
Franchisees gain a deep understanding of their brand and store operations through official websites, investment promotion materials, and on-site inspections. They visit more than ten existing stores to fully familiarize themselves with brand advantages, product features, market positioning, franchise policies, and other information.
Submit an application
Franchisees fill out the franchise intention form, submit personal basic information, contact information, investment budget, store area and other materials to express their franchise intention.
Interview
The headquarters conducts a preliminary review of franchise applications, and those who meet the criteria will be invited to the company for an interview. During the interview process, both parties further communicated the details of the franchise, including franchise conditions, support policies, cost details, investment returns, etc., and answered questions from franchisees. Through face-to-face meetings, ensure that both parties share the same business philosophy and lay the foundation for future cooperation.
Sign A Contract
After the interview, both parties officially signed the "Franchise Agreement". The contract specifies the rights and obligations of both parties, including the scope of brand authorization, franchise period, payment method, regional protection policy, service support content, breach of contract liability, and other clauses, to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.
Assist In Site Selection
The headquarters' professional development site selection team assists franchisees in store location selection, conducts on-site inspections and evaluations of the store locations provided by franchisees, and conducts comprehensive analysis from multiple aspects such as market environment, customer flow, consumption level, and surrounding competition to provide professional site selection recommendations. If the location does not meet the requirements, franchisees need to search for suitable stores again.
Store Design
After determining the location of the store, the headquarters will provide franchisees with a free store design plan based on the actual size and structure of the store, including decoration drawings, renderings, display layout, etc., to ensure that the store decoration style is consistent with the brand image. Franchisees carry out decoration and construction according to the design plan, while the headquarters provides decoration guidance and supervision services.
Personnel Training
During the store renovation period, franchisees arrange for store personnel to go to their direct operated stores for practical and theoretical learning. The training content covers product knowledge, sales skills, store operation management, inventory management, customer service, and other aspects. Through "real-life" training, store personnel can quickly master business skills.
Material Preparation
After the store decoration is completed, franchisees can purchase equipment based on the equipment list provided by the headquarters, either by themselves or through the headquarters' unified procurement. At the same time, according to the guidance of the headquarters and the needs of the stores, the first batch of goods will be purchased to ensure that the store has a wide variety of products and full display, meeting the opening requirements.
Pre-Opening Preparations
Before the opening, the headquarters opening consultant will provide guidance to the store, assist franchisees in developing opening promotion plans, organizing opening activities, displaying products and setting price tags, debugging equipment, etc., to ensure that all preparations for the opening are ready. Franchisees should apply for relevant licenses such as business license, food circulation permit, and employee health certificate in advance to ensure legal operation.
